Update from the release meeting:
- Goal is to release a Qt 5.8.0 Alpha next week
- Qt 5.6.2 snapshot under testing
- Paolo Angelelli has been nominated for Approver status
The Qt 5.8.0 feature freeze was postponed due to integration issues in the 'dev' branch. The new target date is today, Aug. 22.
Qt 5.6.2 and Qt 5.7.1 are still targeted for release in September, though no date has been set.

Qt 5.6.2 and 5.7.1 snapshots should be made available as soon as possible. The goal is to release both in September.
