Qt Releases, Revisions and Snapshots
Qt 5.4 Beta is still on track for release when possible at some point next week.
Snapshots can be found in http://download.qt-project.org/snapshots/qt/5.4/5.4.0-beta/
Recent revisions are added constantly, so just look in the most recent directories for your OS installer and go from there.
